Lifted
A morning heart-rate reading tells you how recovered you are. The day's lifting or endurance session is planned from your own log, and adjusted down, never up, when recovery says so.

Common questions
- Which heart rate strap should I use?
- Polar H10 is the reference; H9 is fine. Any Bluetooth strap that sends beat-to-beat (RR) intervals works for heart rate, but cheaper straps add timing jitter that inflates HRV. Optical wrist sensors do not send RR intervals over Bluetooth.
- Why is there no recovery score yet?
- The score compares this morning to your own baseline. It needs 5 mornings before it shows anything and is labelled "calibrating" until 14. Until then, your plan is unchanged.
- Why did the plan get lighter today?
- Your recovery band was low and a rule in your program reduced the session. Rules only ever reduce; you can see which rule ran on the Today screen. The planned weight is still shown so you can override.
- Does it work without an account?
- Yes, fully. An account adds backup, sync between devices, and household sharing.
- How do I delete my data?
- Me → Danger zone. "Erase data on this phone" clears the device; "Delete account" removes your account and everything in it from our servers, immediately.
